Association Information

Marina Towers is a condominium unit owners association that began in 1981, converted from an apartment complex. The condominium is governed by a five member Board of Directors in accordance with the Association's governing documents. Assisting the Board is an active committee structure, with committees such as Community Awareness, Facilities, Finance, Pets, and Social & Activities.

Marina Towers is professionally managed by FirstService Residential, the premier property management company in the United States. On-site staff includes Management, Maintenance, Front Desk Concierge, Janitorial, and Evening Courtesy Patrol. Onsite service for residents includes in-unit maintenance service, front desk copies and faxing, package logging, and visitor/delivery notifications via Building Link.

With sweeping views of the Potomac River and convenient access to the Mount Vernon Trail, Marina Towers is a paradise for outdoor lovers. We are also located right on the George Washington Parkway, walking distance to Old Town Alexandria and the Braddock Road Metro Station and just three miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Although located with a city feel, we also offer plenty of green space on the property. We have an active community that relishes in social events, including weekly outdoor cookouts in the summer, and several holiday parties.
